THE G1 is a continuous-production GNOCCHI making machine.

The wormscrew feeder, designed especially not to weaken the product, feeds the pressing roller.

RAW MATERIALS: potato flakes or flour preparations. With this machine you are advised to use a compact mix with a good consistency.

All the constructional parts that come into contact with the dough are made of STAINLESS STEEL.

THE G2 is a piston-fed GNOCCHI making machine.

The machine presses and extrudes the dough without modifying its structure and it is therefore ideal for obtaining very soft gnocchi.
