The Dolly
 
Rediscover the pleasure of making pasta! The DOLLY is small, compact and reliable. Perfect for small restaurants and kitchens for entertaining friends and family. Ideal in any situation where small amounts of pasta need to be produced. The DOLLY can work any type of flour and can also prepare dough for pizza and bread. All the components that come into contact with the dough are made STAINLESS STEEL. DIES: dies made of bronze are available to get pasta with a rougher finish or of PTFE for smooth, transparent pasta.
Crepes  
C1 and C2 are highly reliable automatic machines for making crêpes and cannelloni.
Recommended for small to medium size restaurants, delicatessens and for shops selling fresh pasta.
All stainless steel construction and complies with the current safety standards around the world.

These automatic crêpe machines will make all kinds of crepes: sweet, savory, with whole-meal flour etc. Crêpe width 160 mm.
Lengths from 20 mm to continuous strip controlled by a simple timer.

G1 & G2 Gnocchi Machines  

The G1 & G2 Gnocchi Machines are for restaurants and wholesale production. For soft or firm products with the choice of either the piston or screw versions available. Production per hour from 33-66 lbs per hour.

P3
 
The P3 is a fully automatic and extremely reliable. Campatible with every type of flour and durum wheat. Especially recommended for short and rolled pastas. The P3 is very simply and efficient. Stainless steel construction and complies with all current European and foreign safety standards.

The P20 and P30 are highly reliable automatic machines for processing all types of flour. Ideal for all types of long and short pasta. The P20 and P30 are semi-industrial machines designed for the production of pasta and to work in combination with automatic pasta-cutters and pasta nest formers. Also used to feed ravioli, cappelletti and tortellini-making machines. The P20 & P30 are very simply and efficient. Stainless steel construction and complies with all current European and foreign safety standards.

P30
K300
 

K300 and K600 are LA MONFERRINA's new presses for the production of approx. 300 and 600 Kg/hour of pasta. Completely automatic and built with advanced technology resulting from years of experience. Extremely reliable and simple to operate, the K300 and K600 can process any type of flour or bran, excellent for pasta factories. The flour loading and the liquid dosing are fully automatic. The turbine premixing process results in perfect moisturizing. This mix is processed under vacuum and extruded with a specialized shape and polished worm screw. The extrusion is performed with electronic pressure and temperature control. Drawer-inserted die and automatic ejection system. Both machines are designed for 24-hour-a-day operation and are easy to operate and simple to clean.
K600

RAVIOLI ASSEMBLY  
The RAVIOLI ASSEMBLY is to use in combination with the P3 dough machine. It produces ravioli in a single standard size: mm 34 X 40.
GNOCCHI GROUP  
Special set for P3 for the production of potato or flour gnocchi in two different shapes, with an additional ingredient such as tomato or spinach if wished. The connection to the machine is simple and convenient. This set can also be used on other machines in our range.
RC140  
RC140 - Automatic machine with interchangeable moulds for the production of pinched cappelletti in different shapes and single sheet ravioli with meat or cheese filling. (Square or half moon ravioli). Filling is introduced continuously by the portioning system. The pasta sheet roll is prepared by the P12. The capacity of the RC140 is approximately 65 lbs per hour depending on the shape and size of the tortellini or other pasta being produced. For larger capacity RC250 is availalbe.
